Your Travel Playbook is a trip planning tool that helps you organize flights, hotels, itineraries, and travel information. Some features use publicly available data sources and AI-generated content to provide recommendations, visa information, safety guides, and activity suggestions.
You own all data you enter into the Service, including trip details, personal information, and uploaded files. We do not claim ownership of your content. You may export or delete your data at any time through the Settings page.
Certain information displayed in the Service — including but not limited to visa requirements, customs forms, safety guides, emergency numbers, weather forecasts, and recommended activities — is sourced from third-party APIs and publicly available data. This information is provided for convenience only and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.
Your Travel Playbook is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated or third-party content. Always verify critical travel information (visa requirements, entry forms, emergency numbers) with official government sources before traveling.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Your Travel Playbook and its operators shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, missed flights, denied entry, or other consequences arising from the use of or reliance on information provided by the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Sensitive personal information (names, phone numbers, passport numbers) is encrypted at rest in our database. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
